422.115 Furnishing report of theater attendance survey. Any person employed as a private investigator or confidential investigator for the purpose of determining or attempting to determine the attendance or number of paid admissions at any motion picture theater performance in this state shall furnish to the owner or general manager of the theater checked, a report of his finding on the next succeeding day and within five (5) days after such check, a written copy of his finding or report. Effective: July 1, 1992 History: Amended 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 88, secs. 79 and 93, effective July 1, 1992. -Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 22, secs. 1 and 2. Note: Amendment of this section by 1990 Ky.
