41.320 Governor may require statement of condition of Treasury. The Governor may require, at any time, a full statement of the condition of the Treasury from the Finance and Administration Cabinet, Treasurer and the depositories. The Treasurer shall, at all times when called upon by the Governor, exhibit his books and accounts and his cash on hand or on deposit. History: Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 74, Art.
