387.137 Powers and duties of conservator. A conservator shall have the powers and duties specified in KRS 387.125 and KRS 387.065(4) to (8). Effective: July 13, 1990 History: Created 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 487, sec. 10, effective July 13, 1990.
