383.680 Landlord's lien or security interest -- Distraint for rent. (1) (2) A lien or security interest on behalf of the landlord in the tenant's household goods is not enforceable unless perfected before August 1, 1984. Distraint for rent is abolished. Effective: July 13, 1984 History: Repealed, reenacted and amended 1984 Ky. Acts ch. 176, sec. 36, effective July 13, 1984. -- Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 378, sec. 37.
