383.575 Separation of rents and obligations. A rental agreement, assignment, conveyance, trust deed, or security instrument may not permit the receipt of rent free of the obligation to comply with KRS 383.595(1). Effective: July 13, 1984 History: Repealed and reenacted 1984 Ky. Acts ch. 176, sec. 15, effective July 13, 1984. -- Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 378, sec. 16.
