383.285 Limitation of action. No inquisition of forcible entry or forcible detainer shall be taken at any time after two (2) years from the forcible entry or detainer complained of. Effective: July 1, 1953 History: Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 469.
