367.844 Manufacturer prohibited from exposing franchised dealer to liability. No manufacturer shall, directly or indirectly, by any means or methods, expose or attempt to expose any franchised dealer to liability as forbidden in KRS 367.842(4) and (5). Any violation of this section shall be subject to all applicable provisions of the law, including but not limited to the provisions of KRS 190.062(2). Effective: July 15, 1986 History: Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 387, sec. 5, effective July 15, 1986.
