367.152 Attorney General's concurrent authority to enforce bait advertising statute. The Attorney General shall have concurrent authority with the county attorney for the enforcement of the following statute: KRS 517.040, Bait advertising. Effective: July 15, 1994 History: Created 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 193, sec. 1, effective July 15, 1994.
