362.1-117 Registered office -- Registered agent. Each limited liability partnership and each foreign limited liability partnership authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth shall continuously maintain in this Commonwealth a registered office and a registered agent that comply with KRS 14A.4010. Effective: January 1, 2011 History: Repealed, reenacted, and amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 95, effective January 1, 2011. -- Created 2006 Ky. Acts ch. 149, sec. 17, effective July 12, 2006.
