362.1-108 Requirements for documents to be entitled to filing by Secretary of State. A statement delivered to the Secretary of State for filing, whether submitted by a partnership, a foreign partnership, or otherwise, shall satisfy the requirements of KRS 14A.2-010 to 14A.2-150. Effective: January 1, 2011 History: Repealed and reenacted 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 91, effective January 1, 2011. -- Created 2006 Ky. Acts ch. 149, sec. 8, effective July 12, 2006.
