327.065 Licensure reciprocity. Notwithstanding any statutory provision to the contrary, any physical therapist or physical therapist assistant holding a valid, unencumbered license or certificate to practice or work in another state may practice or work in the Commonwealth of Kentucky under a compact privilege if the person otherwise meets the requirements of KRS 327.300.
