315.460 Restriction on acceptance or distribution of certain drugs. Drugs that shall only be dispensed to a patient registered with the drug's manufacturer in accordance with federal Food and Drug Administration requirements shall not be accepted or distributed under the provisions of the program. Effective: June 29, 2017 History: Created 2017 Ky. Acts ch. 136, sec. 17, effective June 29, 2017.
