304.42-160 Tax exemption. The association shall be exempt from payment of all fees and all taxes levied by this state or any of its subdivisions, except taxes levied on real property. Effective: June 17, 1978 History: Created 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 282, sec. 16, effective June 17, 1978.
