304.33-115 Liability of commissioner and others.

304.33-115 Liability of commissioner and others. The commissioner, the commissioner's special deputies, and all others appointed to act on the commissioner's behalf in connection with any delinquency proceedings under this subtitle shall not be liable for any acts or omissions done in good faith and within the scope of their authority during the course of the delinquency proceedings, including but not limited to the settlement of disputed claims, and shall be immune from any civil or criminal liability that might otherwise be incurred or imposed based upon the acts or omissions.
