304.15-708 Emergency cease and desist order when public health, safety, or welfare is endangered -- Fee.

304.15-708 Emergency cease and desist order when public health, safety, or welfare is endangered -- Fee. (1) (2) When the department finds that a violation presents an immediate danger to the public health, safety, or welfare that requires an immediate final order, it shall issue an emergency cease and desist order reciting with particularity the facts underlying the findings. The emergency cease and desist order is effective immediately upon service of a copy of the order on the respondent. The department may impose and collect an administrative fine not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for each violation of a cease and desist order issued in accordance with this section.
