249.420 Duties. In addition to its other duties, the division shall promote and sponsor programs to control pests and noxious weeds, enforce related regulatory and service measures assigned to the department, and conduct a Johnson grass control and eradication program. Effective: July 13, 2004 History: Amended 2004 Ky. Acts ch. 88, sec. 6, effective July 13, 2004. -- Created 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 62, sec. 4, effective June 16, 1960.
