249.180 Landholder to cut Canada thistles. Every person holding or leasing lands on which any Canada thistles are growing, shall cut them to prevent them from going to seed and their seed from ripening. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 200.
