247.850 Purpose. It is declared to be in the interest of the public welfare that all handlers, dealers, processors, wholesalers, and retailers of eggs shall be permitted and encouraged to act jointly in promoting and stimulating the increased production, use and sale, domestic and foreign, of eggs through research, market development, and education. Effective: July 15, 1980 History: Created 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 120, sec. 1, effective July 15, 1980.
