247.800 Agritourism program -- Purposes. The Department of Agriculture, in conjunction with the Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet, shall create an interagency agritourism program to be housed in the Office of Agricultural Marketing in the Department of Agriculture. It shall be the purpose of the agritourism program to: (1) Promote agritourism in Kentucky to potential visitors, both national and international; and (2) Assist in sustaining the viability and growth of the agritourism industry in Kentucky.
