247.430 Funds -- Construction. (1) (2) The receipt, control, and expenditure of all funds shall be subject to the general provisions of the Kentucky Revised Statutes governing financial administration of other state agencies. No provision of KRS 247.410 to 247.430 shall be construed as a repeal of any other laws relating to agriculture, but shall be held and construed as supplemental thereto. History: Amended 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 447, sec. 21, effective April 12, 1982. -Amended 1972 Ky. Acts ch. 53, sec. 7. -- Created 1966 Ky. Acts ch. 87, sec. 4(7) to (9). History for former KRS 247.430: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 42c-32. Note: Former KRS 247.430, "Commission may cooperate with other agencies", was recodified from 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942 from Ky. Stat. sec. 42c-32. -- This section was considered obsolete and was omitted from the 1948 edition of the KRS and subsequent editions.
