247.100 Corporate powers of fair board -- Minutes and records of meetings. The State Fair Board shall be a body corporate with the usual corporate powers. Full minutes and records shall be kept of all meetings of the board and all official actions of the board shall be recorded therein, and such minutes and records shall constitute public records and be available at all reasonable times for public inspection.
