244.150 Licensee to keep records -- Common carriers to furnish information. (1) (2) Each licensee shall keep and maintain upon the licensed premises, or make readily available upon request of the department or the Department of Revenue, adequate books and records of all transactions involved in the manufacture or sale of alcoholic beverages, in the manner required by administrative regulations of the department and the Department of Revenue. The department may require common carriers to provide information in an approved form respecting all shipments of alcoholic beverages to, from, or between persons in Kentucky.
