242.200 Discontinuance of dry status in a territory -- Effective date. When a majority of the votes cast at an election are in favor of establishing wet or moist territory, the territory shall be wet or moist at the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date of the entry of the certificate of the county board of election commissioners in the order book of the county judge/executive.
