242.1294 Statement of proposition submitted in election. The proposition to be voted on in any election held pursuant to KRS 242.1292 and this section shall be: "Are you in favor of the sale of distilled spirits, wine and malt beverages by the drink for consumption on the premises in (name of county or city) by hotels, motels and inns containing not less than fifty (50) sleeping units and having dining facilities for not less than one hundred (100) persons and in restaurants having dining facilities for not less than one hundred (100) persons?" Each voter shall designate his vote by a "yes" or a "no" vote. Effective: July 15, 1982 History: Amended 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 360, sec. 69, effective July 15, 1982. -- Amended 1980 Ky.
