224A.314 Study of water resource potential of underground coal mines and high yield water wells -- Funding for study. The authority may enter into a contract with the Kentucky Geological Survey for the purpose of continuing and expanding the identification and study of the water resource potential of underground coal mines and high yield water wells. The authority may fund the study from the 2020 water service account. Effective: July 14, 2000 History: Created 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 529, sec. 14, effective July 14, 2000.
