224A.304 Establishment of water service account within infrastructure revolving fund. A 2020 water service account is established within the infrastructure revolving fund. The purpose of the account shall be to assist in making potable water available to all Kentuckians by the year 2020. The authority shall manage the account as funding is authorized by the General Assembly and in a manner to achieve the purposes set out in KRS 224A.300. Effective: July 14, 2000 History: Created 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 529, sec. 7, effective July 14, 2000.
