216B.459 Medicaid reimbursement. The rate of reimbursement for Medicaid eligibles residing in nine (9) bed psychiatric residential treatment facilities shall not exceed the rate of reimbursement for Medicaid eligibles residing in eighteen (18) bed psychiatric residential treatment facilities. Effective: July 13, 2004 History: Amended 2004 Ky. Acts ch. 132, sec. 3, effective July 13, 2004. -- Created 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 332, sec. 3, effective April 9, 1992.
