216B.022 Establishment of nursing facility beds under pilot program for post-acute transitional care dependent upon long-term care bed need calculations for county in state health plan -- Sunset. (1) (2) (3) The state health plan, as defined in KRS 216B.015, shall not permit any applications establishing nursing facility beds under a pilot program for post-acute transitional care in any county where the state health plan long-term care bed need calculations show that there is not a need for long-term care beds in the county. The long-term care bed need calculations used under subsection (1) of this section shall be the calculations that were in effect as of January 5, 2018. This section expires on the completion of any pilot program for post-acute transitional care permitted by the state health plan. Effective: July 14, 2018 History: Created 2018 Ky.
