211.945 Administration of existing laws. All laws of the Commonwealth that relate to the supervision and maintenance of state confinement facilities shall be administered in a manner consistent with the provisions of KRS 211.925 to 211.930 and the rules, regulations, and standards promulgated pursuant to it. Effective: July 13, 1990 History: Amended 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 497, sec. 27, effective July 13, 1990. -- Amended 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 385, sec. 34, effective January 1, 1983. -- Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 361, sec. 7.
