198B.724 Continuing education requirements. The board shall promulgate administrative regulations concerning the continuing education required for the renewal of a home inspector license and shall: (1) Establish procedures for approving organizations that provide continuing education; and (2) Prescribe the content, duration, and organization of continuing education courses that contribute to the competence of home inspectors.
