198B.430 Employment of special inspectors. From the holders of certificates of competency in the inspection of elevators, any company which is authorized to insure elevators in the state may designate persons to inspect elevators covered by that company's policies, and the municipal government of any city may designate persons to inspect elevators in that city. Effective:June 29, 2017 History: Amended 2017 Ky. Acts ch. 169, sec. 25, effective June 29, 2017. -Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 239, sec. 4. Formerly codified as KRS 336.540.
