198B.320 Prohibitions. It shall be unlawful within the Commonwealth of Kentucky to knowingly sell, fabricate, assemble, glaze, install, consent or cause to be installed glazing materials other than safety glazing materials in, or for use in, any hazardous location. Effective: July 15, 1980 History: Repealed and reenacted as KRS 198B.320, 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 188, sec. 6, effective July 15, 1980. -- Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 227, sec. 3. Formerly codified as KRS 17.430.
