187.650 Insurance policy to show that public liability insurance not included. Whenever an automobile dealer or bank or other lending institution which handles automobile loans procures a policy of insurance for the purchaser of an automobile, new or used, if such policy does not cover the insured as to public liability insurance, then such person or institution shall cause to be stamped or written on the face of the purchaser's copy of such policy a statement that such policy does not cover bodily injury or property damage insurance. Effective: June 17, 1954 History: Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 148, sec. 1, effective June 17, 1954.
