183.8621 Commission administrator -- Appointment -- Qualifications -- Duties. Upon recommendation of an individual by the secretary, the commission shall appoint an administrator of the commission who shall have immediate supervision of the employees of the commission and perform such duties as are assigned him. The administrator shall be an individual familiar with aeronautics and the commission policy. He shall keep and be custodian of the records and airport zoning maps adopted by the commission, and shall devote his full time to the duties of his office. History: Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 316, sec. 2.
