183.766 State may match federal funds. The cabinet may set apart out of moneys appropriated to it for state airport development an amount equal to any sum allotted to the state by the federal government or any sum necessary to carry on cooperative work with the federal government. History: Amended 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 179, sec. 70, effective March 25, 1960. -- Created 1948 Ky. Acts ch. 239, sec. 7.
