183.210 Loan terms -- Security. A loan made pursuant to KRS 183.200 to 183.213: (1) Shall be repayable in not more than ten (10) years, although the secretary may contract that it shall be repayable in less time. (2) Shall be secured by a mortgage on airport property or such other security as the secretary may deem acceptable. History: Created 1968 Ky. Acts ch. 122, sec. 4.
