183.210 Loan terms -- Security. A loan made pursuant to KRS 183.200 to 183.213: (1) Shall be repayable in not more than ten (10) years, although the secretary may contract that it shall be repayable in less time. (2) Shall be secured by a mortgage on airport property or such other security as the secretary may deem acceptable. History: Created 1968 Ky. Acts ch. 122, sec. 4. History for former KRS 183.210: Repealed 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 179, sec. 1. -Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 938j-6.
