183.024 Rules and regulations. The Transportation Cabinet may prescribe such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with law, and may do all things reasonable or necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter and other statutes relating or incidental to the field of aeronautics. Effective: July 15, 1982 History: Amended 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 183, sec. 4, effective July 15, 1982. -- Amended 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 179, sec. 7, effective March 25, 1960. -- Created 1948 Ky.
