173.750 Library director and staff. The board shall employ a library director and upon that person's recommendation may employ other staff as it deems necessary. The library director and staff shall be certified in accordance with the provisions of KRS 171.240 to 171.300. Effective: July 13, 1990 History: Amended 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 58, sec. 15, effective July 13, 1990. -- Created 1964 Ky. Acts ch. 92, sec. 9.
