173.600 Revenue bonds. Public library districts may, in addition to all other methods provided by law, acquire, construct, and improve library facilities through the issuance of revenue bonds under the terms and provisions of KRS 58.010 to 58.140. Effective: June 16, 1960 History: Created 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 114, sec. 16, effective June 16, 1960.
