156.842 Office of Career and Technical Education to manage state-operated secondary area vocational education and technology centers. The Office of Career and Technical Education shall have the management and control of state-operated secondary area vocational education and technology centers, and all programs and services operated in these centers. Effective: June 25, 2013 History: Repealed, reenacted, and renumbered 2013 Ky. Acts ch. 59, sec. 24, effective June 25, 2013. -- Amended 2006 Ky.
