Acts ch. 426, sec. 110, effective July 15, 1998. -- Amended 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 35, sec. 7, effective July 14, 1992. -- Amended 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 30, sec. 6, effective July 15, 1986. -- Created 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 131, sec. 6, effective July 15, 1982. Formerly codified as KRS 154.675 Legislative Research Commission Note (3/18/2005) 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 168, sec. 165, provides that this section shall apply to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2005. Legislative Research Commission Note (3/18/2005) 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 168, sec. 159, has repealed this statute effective December 31, 2007. Legislative Research Commission Note (6/20/2005). This section was amended by 2005 Ky. Acts chs. 85, 99, and 168, which do not appear to be in conflict and have been codified together.
