154.28-130 Costs of remediation of property as eligible costs. Costs incurred by an applicant in remediating a property in accordance with KRS 224.1510 to 224.1-532 shall be considered eligible costs for the purposes of KRS 154.28-010 to 154.28-100. Effective: June 21, 2001 History: Created 2001 Ky. Acts ch. 128, sec. 14, effective June 21, 2001.
