136.200 Allocation of railroad bridge assessment. The assessment of railroad bridges spanning any river that constitutes a boundary of the state shall be allocated to the counties in which they are located, and the local tax derived therefrom shall be applied to each city, county, or taxing district in which the bridges are located. Effective: July 13, 1990 History: Repealed and reenacted 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 476, Pt. V, sec. 355, effective July 13, 1990. -- Amended 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 186, Art.
