Acts ch. 106, sec. 13, effective June 20, 2005. -- Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 149, sec. 8, effective June 17, 1954. Legislative Research Commission Note (6/20/2005). Under KRS 446.260, the repeal of this section in 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 106 prevails over its amendment in 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 85.
