134.545 Use of funds by county attorney. Moneys paid to the county attorney under an agreement entered into pursuant to KRS 134.504 shall be used only for payment of county attorney office operating expenses. Effective: January 1, 2010 History: Amended 2009 Ky. Acts ch. 10, sec. 13, effective January 1, 2010. -- Created 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 400, sec. 7, effective June 17, 1978.
