133.225 Explanation to be mailed to taxpayer. The Department of Revenue shall draft, and the sheriff shall mail with the property tax bills annually, an explanation of the provisions of Acts 1979 (Ex. Sess.) ch. 25. Effective: June 20, 2005 History: Amended 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 85, sec. 243, effective June 20, 2005. -- Created 1979 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 25, sec. 11, effective February 13, 1979.
