100.329 Recording of plats. All final plats approved by the planning commission shall be recorded at the expense of the applicant in the office of the county clerk. A copy of all regulations and the official maps of each planning unit shall be filed with the appropriate agency as provided in this chapter, or as otherwise provided by law. Effective: July 15, 1988 History: Amended 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 30, sec. 7, effective July 15, 1988. -- Amended 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 384, sec. 231, effective June 17, 1978. -- Created 1966 Ky.
