74.390 Revenue bond plan is alternative. KRS 74.370 and 74.380 shall not repeal nor reduce any existing rights or duties of a water district, and the commissioners thereof, but shall constitute an additional and alternate method of financing. History: Created 1944 Ky. Acts ch. 141, sec. 3.
