70.080 Return of "not found." No officer shall return on any process that the defendant is not found within his county, unless he has actually been to the defendant's residence. If the defendant is not found by the officer, or is not a resident of the county, the officer shall so return. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 4566.
