620.157 Appeal of cabinet's determination that child should not be returned home. If the cabinet determines that return home is not recommended for a child, the parent or person exercising custodial control of the child may appeal the determination of the cabinet within thirty (30) days of the cabinet's determination. The cabinet shall review the appeal and make its final determination within three (3) months after the appeal is filed. Effective: July 14, 2018 History: Created 2018 Ky.
